How to advertise your property.

To place an advertisement simply fill in the listing details and email it to us together with any photographs of your property.

We will then email you a proof to check and an invoice.  Your advertisement will be listed as soon as we receive confirmation of the proof and payment.

What does it cost to advertise?

With every standard and premium advertisement we will provide a free link to your retirement housing website on our links page. 

Standard Advertisement          $110 (including GST) Listing period up to 3 months For a single property Up to 4 photographs (max size 75KB each) Up to 100 words of description

Premium Advertisement          $220 (including GST) Listing period up to 12 months Mainly for retirement villages Up to 6 photographs (max size 75KB each) Up to 250 words of description

An additional fee of $11 applies if you want your property to be featured on the search page.
